How often does the shuttle run, and how long will I wait?
The shuttle runs frequently throughout the day. During our operating hours (06:00–18:00), it arrives about every 15-30 minutes to pick up customers from the arrivals.
In most cases, you’ll only wait a few minutes at the meeting point. Even in busy periods, the wait is typically the same, although it could be a little longer. If you ever wait longer or have trouble finding us, just call (+354 551 1115) and we'll assist right away.
Is the airport shuttle service really free?
Yes – absolutely! Our airport shuttle is completely free for Saga Car Rental customers. There’s no extra charge to ride the shuttle; it’s included as part of our service. You can ride from KEF Airport to our office and back without paying anything.
Do I need to book the shuttle or let you know when I arrive?
No booking is required for the shuttle. When you reserve your car with us, we ask for your flight details – with that information, our team tracks your arrival and schedules the shuttle automatically.
You can simply head to the meeting point (Arrival hall) after you land. There’s no need to call ahead or make a separate reservation for the airport pickup.

What if my flight is delayed?
No need to worry – we keep an eye on your flight’s arrival time. Our team will adjust to your schedule; even if your flight is delayed, our shuttle driver will still be there to pick you up when you land as long as we have your flight number.
If there is a significant delay that pushes your arrival beyond our normal shuttle hours, just contact us as soon as possible. We’ll make sure arrangements are in place so you can still get to our office and collect your car.
What are the shuttle operating hours?
Our shuttle operates every day from 06:00 (6 am) to 18:00 (6 pm). We provide airport pickups and drop-offs during those hours daily.
If you have a very early or late flight outside this window, please let us know in advance – while our regular shuttle runs 06:00 (6 am) to 18:00 (6 pm), we’ll do our best to assist or advise on arrangements for After hours arrivals.
Can I get a shuttle back to Keflavik Airport when I return my car?
Yes, we provide a free return shuttle to KEF Airport when you drop off your rental car. Just return your vehicle to our office and we’ll shuttle you back to the airport terminal. This return service is complimentary and runs during the same hours (06:00–18:00) as our pickup shuttle.
It’s all part of making your travel convenient, both on arrival and departure.
